How We Work
- With us, you purchase credits, not courses and these credits can be used for any of the 140+ titles to which you will have full access.
- Unlike many other providers that insist on you using courses within 12 months, these credits have no expiry time.
- This means that you will never have to guess how many courses of a particular title you may need – and then find that you don’t require as many, or need to buy extra.
- To purchase is simple – you tell us how many credits you need and whether you want you own Learning Management System, we invoice you and once paid either assign the courses to whom you want, or set up your LMS.
- The system sends automated messages for people to start, it chases them if they haven’t done the course and can give you reports on who has done what and when.
- People can log on and off as many times as they want as there is no time limit on how quickly they complete the learning.
- As long as a person has an internet connection and something to work from (laptop, PC, tablet or even a smart phone) they can undertake their course anywhere that they are.
The Structure of the On-line Construction Training Courses:
The courses are all structured in the same way –
- An introduction
- Several main subject sections with a number of sub-sections
- A question after each section to ensure that the learner has retained the information and
- A final test of 20 questions (taken at random from a pool of 50)
- The learner has three attempts at the final test, to pass
- Once passed, the Certificate can be downloaded
The Structure of the Learning Management System (LMS)
If you are only purchasing small amount of courses (say under 20) then we will do the admin for you. You let us have the details of the learner and the titles he or she has to do and we then assign it from here. They receive a message from the system giving them a link to log-in and start.
If you want your own LMS, we set it up with various parameters that you can chose from and provide you with a comprehensive User Guide and any training that you want.
