• Firstly, you don’t have to buy courses with us – you buy credits that can be used for any of our 140+ titles.
  • The minimum purchase is 5 credits.
  • Our pricing is based on the number of credits bought and reduces in proportion to the number ordered.
  • Prices start at £18+vat per course/per person and can reduce to as low as £11.50+vat.
  • Obviously it is better to buy larger amounts to get the best price and as there is no expiry date on using the credits, this is always the most cost effective way.
  • For smaller amount (we suggest less than 20 courses) we can deal with the administration for you.

How does the purchasing work?

  • You tell us how many courses you want and we send you a Booking Form for the equivalent number of credits (10 credits = 1 course). You sign it (electronically) and get back to us
  • We then invoice you and whilst we only accept BACS payments, you can order via the main website if you wish to use a credit ir debit card.
  • Upon payment, we will open your account and, if it is a smaller purchase, assign the courses as you instruct
  • For larger purchases and at no extra cost, we set up your own Learning Management System which will enable you to assign courses, check results, print certificates, prepare reports and generally monitor your training.
  • After your initial purchase, you can add to your credits as and when you wish
  • UKATA courses do not go onto our system as they are monitored by that body and the whole process is automated. All you need to do is to tell us how many courses you want and we will then provide you with log-ins and instructions.

What IT Infrastructure do We Need?

  • You will obviously need an internet enabled device - a PC, MAC, laptop or tablet - and although the screen size is small, a smart mobile telephone is fine.
  • You then need an internet connection and can access our e-learning portal through your browser.
  • As our courses are in the cloud, a learner can log on and off as many times as they wish and so a course could be started on one devise and continued on another

Where and How?

  • As long as there is an internet connection where they are, learners can log on to and come out of a session as many times as they wish.

How will I track What People are (or are not!) Doing?

  • The Learning Management System allows the Administrator to see lots of information and produce reports.
  • When we deal with the admin, you can ask us for reports to be able to monitor what your people are doing, or have done.

Our operatives aren’t IT proficient. Will the e-learning be difficult to use?

  • The answer is simple - if they use a smart phone, then they can use e-Learning!
  • Our system is designed to be extremely user-friendly.  Learners watch sections and then answer multiple choice questions, so the amount of IT knowledge required is very basic.

Is Our System the Cheapest?

  • No! You can buy cheaper but, as with anything cheap – there is usually a catch!
  • We do not put an expiry date on your credits. Many other providers only allow you 12 months and after that, you lose whatever you have left.
  • We do not make you buy a defined number of a title. Other providers require you, when you buy, to identify how many sessions of a course you want. This means that, if you buy 10 Manual Handling and 10 Abrasive Wheels but need only 9 of one and 11 of the other - you have to buy an extra Wheels one!
  • We give a personal service so you won’t get call centres, or ‘press 1 for…’ with us, you will get one of us helping you.
